Equine Treatment Overview
Equine Bowen Therapy | Treatment | Equine Services
The ideal Equine Bowen Therapy treatment is carried out with the horse loose
in the stable. The Owner or Assistant must be present at all times to help hold the horse
should it necessary.
The moves are made using thumbs, fingers and palms of the hand involving short breaks where the horse is left
alone in the stable
to process the information received from the therapy.
This is the most important part of the
treatment, and it is where the real healing begins.
The treatment will take
approximately one hour.
Time is also needed for pre-consultation and post treatment assessment. Treatments are given at
weekly intervals for approximately three treatments, during which time
the Equine Bowen Therapy will continue its work so long as the after care
guidelines are adhered to. Your observations are vital to the healing
process.
