The Canine Bowen Technique (CBT) is a gentle and effective holistic therapy
encouraging self healing and energy - body rebalancing,
addressing postural and behavioural problems.
The Technique is applied placing fingers, thumbs and palms of the hand to precise points of the dog, stimulating and improving
blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, digestion, releasing emotional stress, tension and congestion within the animal.
The therapist will apply light rolling movements over the dogs tissues
( ligaments, muscles, tendons, fascia and skin )
The Bowen Technique is a unique therapy which has been adapted very
favourably and sympathetically for use on dogs.
Dogs are invited to receive the therapy and are not forced to, which
allows the treatment to be highly effective.
